The Kona can read all of the cinewave captured files. AJA also sends out a conflict checker with the install. Just run it and you will know what, if anything, you need to uninstall. Also there is an AJA Kona forum here on the cow, you can find a lot of info there specifically related to Kona if you come across any more questions.

I’m pretty sure you need to set up a 2Yuv Sequence preset and you should be good to go for the CineWave files.

As Jared noted, we do have an AJA Kona forum here on the Cow where you can get lots of info and the AJA Sales and Tech Support teams do join in those discussions.

What is a 2Yuv Sequence? Would this be a modification to an existing AJA sequence setting?

It’s an AJA Codec preset. You need to use this to play back CineWave files.
