  Kona LH question

  I have a new G5, FCP 5, and Kona LH board. Want to be ready to edit DVC Pro HD. However, until then, I edit a lot of DV Cam stuff. Should I bypass the board altogether and do everything firewire. Or are there benefits to using the board.

  If I can benefit by using the Kona, what setup should I use.
