Kona LH 1.2.2 + OS X 10.4.6 + FCP 5.0.4 + QT 7.1

I run Kona LHe 1.2.2 + OS X 10.4.6 + FCP 5.1.1 + QT 7.1

I have huge problems. The card stops working on my system at each boot-up. I have to shut down my computer remove all the cables and make my KL-Box powerless, replug and reboot every morning to get the card to work.

I contacted AJA support thru email 10 days ago but they have not even replied.

whats the email you wrote to?
The AJA Support confirm the Kona 1.2.2 driver is fine with QT 7.1 & FCP 5.1.

The drivers work fine but there are a few things not working within FCP after the QT 7.1 upgrade.

if you choose you use QT 7.1 please reinstall all of the your 3rd party quicktime components (ie: Flip4mac) and FCP device (ie:Kona or P2) drivers again.

Note also that you will no longer be able to open the updated 5.1 project files in other versions of FCP.
