Kona Drivers 6.0 and Varicam VFR Bug!?!
Hi, all I have one Kona3 and one Kona2, I have tried to install new 6.0 drivers, but with my surprise there is a bug during the capturing with the AJ-HD1400E Varicam Tape. Usualy if I use the setting for the Varicam (1280x720p Varicam) The kona automaticaly eliminates the duplicating frame during the capturing. Now It’s not function, if I try to capture for example 25Fps. shooting material with final-Cut 6.0.4 The clip is acquired in 60Fps. with all the frame. I have downgraded the firmaware and the drivers to 5.11 to eliminate this problem.
Any suggestions? -

Try putting your clip in the timeline at the frame rate you intended to capture (such as 25fps). You might find that the proper frames are removed.
After that call and write AJA support immediately.
