Kona control panel crash
Has anyone had a problem with the AJA control panel crashing under Leopard?
version 5.1 of Kona software
Mac OSX 10.5.1
Mac Pro octoit will launch for about 2 seconds then crash….

Trash the control panel prefs and delete any presets you might have created.
Did you upgrade to Leopard or fresh install?

Hey Jeremy.
This was a new install of Leopard. I’ve been chatting with AJA support and he’s had me trash v 5.1 and install the older v4. We’ll see…..Life is linear. Edit life.

So I had been using the old version 4 but couldn’t see some specific frame rates out to monitor and tape. I’ve reinstalled the Kona version 5.1 but it’s still crashing…

It sounds to me like something is wrong with your install. I’d start from scratch and reinstall Leopard.
What frame rate specifics are you looking for?
