    Kona 3 – Video Output problem

    I can’t seem to get any output from my Kona 3 card — just a test pattern.

    Usually, when I switch between the FCP and any other app, I would notice a flip from my FCP edit to the default test pattern (set in the AJA) tool.

    Now, there’s no flip and the only thing I get is a test pattern or whatever I set as the Default Output in the AJA tool.

    I trashed my FCP plist

    I created an Easy Setup 8-bit uncompressed NTSC project

    None of these work.

    I’m going out of the Kona 3 – thru the breakout box — component beta into a Sony 40 XBR.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Uninstall and re-install your kona drivers

    duh – my output frames were set to none.

    eek.
