  KONA 3 on MacPro CS4 PPro Drivers

  We typically run Final Cut Pro on our MacPro with Kona card but we have CS4 loaded. We are running the Kona 7.1 drivers and have the CS4 7.1 drivers for Premier. We usually don’t have the PPro driver installed because it causes issues with FCP. When we do a Premier session we load the drivers temporarily.

  What configuration are you using for best stability on a MacPro CS4 PPro with Kona 3 card? Or, do you instead choose to run PPro CS3 for any reason?

  We will be getting a project from a PC CS4 system to upload footage via the Kona card to conform and then output the master back to Beta.

  Just want user experiences and configs for this setup on a MacPro.
