    Hello,

I’m on a Macbook Pro : 2.16GHx Intel Core Duo, Mac OS 10.4.10 running Final Cut Studio 2
and I tried installing Kona Codecs so that I could view and edit Kona 3 HD Files.

I went to their Support Page for Kona 3, and downloaded the from the following link: AJA KONA Macintosh QuickTime

I just restarted the Computer… but I still get the Blank White Screen when I open the Quicktime File.

What else could the problem be?

Are you sure it’s in the HardDrive > Library > Quicktime folder and not in your user directory?

Yes. I just checked again… and both those files are in the Macintosh HD/Library/Quicktime/ directory.

I just downloaded them and they appear to be PowerPC files.

I am running a test, be back shortly with results.

Yeah, those are PowerPC. If you download and install the latest Kona3 drivers, the proper codec gets installed and you should be good.
