Kodak Zi8 audio problem

hey… did anyone solve this? In the end I tried the demo copy of iorgsoft video converter which created an “ok” AVI file (perhaps a little degraded). But at least it previewed ok and in sync.

I also tried renamed mov to mp4. This gave audio but with choppy video.

Ummm I also tried that ffmpeg remultiplex recommended elsewhere. No luck…

Oh … also deinstalled QT and installed old version 7.5. Same symptoms.

I just found the Keith Kolbo tutorial to render to MP4 using QT… preview seems to work great!
Will update on how my editing goes later….thanks in advance !!
