  • Knowing source settings in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and tweaking them?

Is there any way that if we import a very good quality video, then trim it in Adobe premiere. Then while exporting, if we choose match sequence settings, instead of every option getting locked, I should be able to know the exact sequence settings.

Then I can do minor changes in that sequence settings which were taken as reference from source? I am using CS6

Dont choose match sequence setting on export, as it used the preview codec.
    Use a preset.
What is the source and what is the final destination going to be?
