  Knoll Light Factory Installation Complete: Does Not Show Up Under Effects and Presets

  Hey,

  I’m having trouble with Knoll Light factory (I’m on Mac by the way). I’ve clicked the installer for ‘Adobe CS5 Only’>’Knoll Light Factory 2.7.1.mpkg’ and I’ve gone through the installation process. It happens smoothly without any errors and says it is completed. I then go into After Effects CS5.5 and it does not show up anywhere.

  Does anyone have a solution to this? Is it because I’m using CS5.5 rather than CS5? I’ve only recently purchased After Effects and have already installed Knoll Light Factory for Final Cut Pro and Motion 4, would that affect anything?
