    Hi there!

Could anyone tell me what software or workflow they use for transferring the data from the cf cards to their hard drive? I’ve never done this properly before but I am about to use a Ki Pro for the first time and want to make sure no files go missing/corrupt.

    Thanks,

    James

We use ShotPut Pro to copy & verify files from the cards to a mirrored hard drive. Great piece of mind with this workflow!

Use MD5 Checksum for the strongest verification. And backup to a 2nd drive if you don’t have a mirrored drive. ShotPut will do that, too. We backup to a mirrored drive and a 3rd drive as well. After all these files are your masters.
