I have a blonde woman in front of a green screen shot outside. the key works alright with keylight, but am having trouble getting the edges perfect with the blonde hair. no matter what i do, there is always a dark edge, really noticable against the blonde.
any tips for fine tuning anyone?
    thanks in advance…

What are your keylight settings for the different variables. If I am not mistaken, there is an option to smoothen out the edges.

The solution is to unlock the “Lock Biases Together” and pull up the Alpha Bias.

That sould do the trick 🙂

I usually add a Matte Choker and even a simple choker on top of that…apply sparingly. Then add the Spill Supressor from the keying selection.
