Keylight has random frames with strange key
Keylight in my CS3 has developed a strange issue. It is putting random frames, sometimes 2 or 3 in a row, where the background randomly reappears as if there was no key, yet the color saturation is usually very muted.
This happens very rarely. But it is a real problem because I have to go through every frame of a comp to check it before I output. I have not had any major software or hardware changes, and it worked fine in the past.
Any ideas?

Any Inside or Outside masks that were based on replaced footage?

It would appear that every one of the keys that has the error also has a mask.
