Keying
Could anyone advise how to use keying to convert a colour image to black and white and yet retain a specific item in colour?
for example a brides flowers.
By the way I have no problem converting colour to b&w…. its the keeping the moving flowers bit that stumps me!

Try using the “color pass” filter.
