I’d like to know how to copy an objects position keyframe from one frame to another.

Example: I have text that makes a move on it’s (z) axis from 15 to
30 frames, I want to keep that keyframed postion until frame 149,
then rotate the text on it’s (y)axis from frame 150 to frame 160.

Sounds easy enough, but I’m having a little difficulty copying frame
position (30) to frame position (149).

    Thanks.

In the Timeline you can control + drag a keyframe to copy it. That’s probably the easiest way.
