So stupid question. I have a timeline with a music bed. I have a bunch of volume key frames on the track. When I move the track on the timeline the keyframe do not move with the track. Even if i delete the track the keyframes remain. Am i missing a setting somewhere? I don’t ever recall having this issue before. I just updated to the most current version and the issue remains.

Its always been like that with track based keyframes. (consider the track a container, which can have its own keyframes, regardless of what you put in it)
Use clip keyframes if you want them to move with the clip.
