    Hi,

I do not know what went wrong but when I go in the ‘library browser’ I do not find the “Keyframe Libraries/presets’ back.
So the right part of the ‘screen’ where I used to see all the presets is empty.

I have uninstalled red5 and reinstalled but it is still not present.

When I do a search on my harddisk I do not find any ‘Keyframe Libraries 5’.

Any idea what needs to be done to get those back ?

    Thanks for your answers.

There is a separate install option for Keframe Library. Perhaps it’s not turned on when you install the product? On Mac it lives in App support folder under Boris FX. Contact our support if you still can’t find it.

(I also submitted a Support ticket re this, but am now posting a bit of updated info)
After submitting the Support ticket saying that only the Boris Red DEFAULT FX and Transition appear in my Sony Vegas 10d 32-bit interface, I did the following (based on info found on posts here in the Forum)—
    1. Reran the Boris installation, making sure the “Keyframe Libraries” item was selected
    2. Removed the Sony Vegas 10.0 App Data folder.
    3. Restarted Sony Vegas.

Still no luck — Boris Red transitions include only “Default”, and Boris Red FX includes only “Default”.
    Sigh…
