I love all of the keyboard shortcuts that came with CS6. However, there is one I can’t find (and might not exist).
Is there a shortcut to select a clip in timeline? There are plenty to select edit points but I haven’t found any to select the clip itself.

No, there is a select clip under playhead, and select next and previous clip functions in the next version of Premiere Pro, though.

What was it you wanted to do? Perhaps there is an alternate way?

There’s no one particular task I’m looking to achieve. It’s just that as I incoporate more and more keyboard short-cuts I always have to reach for the mouse to highlight the clip, when I would otherwise be fine on the keyboard. If I’m at my workstation it’s not a big deal, but if I’m editing from my laptop without a mouse the shortcuts are critical.
