Keyboard shortcut to move one frame at a time either direction?
Posted by Mballom on March 26, 2006 at 7:00 pmHi,
I will need to be able to move frame-by-frame accross my layer in composition window. Anyone knows a keyboard shortcut that can do that? I guess one to advance and one to go backward?
Thanks

If you hold down Ctrl while using your arrow keys you can jump frames one at a time

I used to work a lot with this shortcut and now in Ae cs5.5 this shortcut (hold down Ctrl while using arrow keys you can jump frames one at a time) doesn’t work-do you have any idea way?
Thanks in advanced!
P.s-I’m working on Mac OS X Lion -

May 27, 2015 at 4:51 pmHi, I have the apple wireless little keyboard that doesn’t have the number keypad and thus no page up and down so is there another shortcut? Thanks anyone.

May 29, 2015 at 6:52 amCMD+ left/right arrow (or Fn + up/down arrow) will jog back/forward 1 frame
Fn + left/right arrows to jump to start / end of comp
Fn + alt + up/down to nudge (slide) selected layers 1 frame
Add Shift to jump in 10 frame increments
