Keyboard shortcut – selecting clips
Posted by Vasik Greif on February 18, 2009 at 9:01 amHi, I’m sure this is beginners question – I have a bin with clips in Browser, which I can open by simply hitting Enter, but I’m not able to skip inside the bin to be able to select the clips… How can I do this? Thanks.

February 18, 2009 at 4:41 pmDon’t open the bin. Use the right arrow to disclose the content. The right arrow again to step into the bin. The up and down arrows to scroll through the content. The left arrow to step out of the bin and close the bin.
All the best,
Tom

February 19, 2009 at 7:04 amThanks for your reply, but this works in list view only with one cam. I was used to work in medium icon view ad have two bins opened (cam1, cam2) and would love to switch between them…

February 19, 2009 at 10:10 amOpen the bin with the Option key so it tabs into the browser. Use Cmd-shift-[ or ] to move between the tabs in the window, just like Safari.
All the best,

January 2, 2010 at 6:21 pmIs it possible to select clips in the timeline without using the mouse. Jumping between edits points is easy, but what if I need to jump between the clips themselves?
