  Keyboard Shortcut for Adding Remap Keyframe?

  Okay–I know the old ‘opt+shift+property shortcut,’ but every time i press opt shift RR, it just adds a rotation keyframe and then takes it away. I haven’t used AE for several years, and have been searching around for a place where I can assign shortcuts (like in FCP), but have so far been unsuccessful. Methinks it doth not exist. Any thoughts on either of these 2 issues?
