Key-framing a simple camera blur
Trying to animate camera blur on a clip in the effects control panel by placing two keyframes. First at beginning of clip at 0% blur. The second keyframe a second later at 4% blur. When the clip is played the effect does not show in my program monitor. The effect works when I move the slider but when I add two keyframes it does not.
Ideas??

FWIW I found that time remapping and keyframing effects don’t play well together. At least in the effects panel.

That is correct..
Do the keyframing first
nest
then add the timeremapping.———————————————–
