Key Frames aren’t draggable, why?
In my time line some key frames are able to be dragged and some are not is there a reason for the is? Have I inadvertently hit a “lock” shortcut? I can still cut and paste them but can’t drag them. Not a big problem but still annoying. Any help would be appreciated

There is a Lock To Time option. See this page.
I found this by searching for ‘lock keyframes’ in After Effects Community Help.
