Key frame entry area missing
When I try to add an FX to my project in Vegas pro 10 & I click the FX tab it opens OK & I can then select the effect that I want. The little icon the clip turns green & I even get the default settings applied to the clip.
What I don’t get is the place at the bottom of the screen what allows for key frame settings where it used to say animate. I assume that I have somehow turned this feature off.
What do I turn this back on?

I can’t figure out any way to loose the timeline or Animate button. In older versions of Vegas this was possible and this was the solution:
