    The key commands in my version of Photoshop CS are not working. Shift works to keep things in proportion but none of the Ctrl + commands work nor does moving things with the arrow keys…

    Trash your PS prefs and restart… also look to see if you’ve installed any thuird party extensions (without any OS info its hard to help you)

    Where do i find the Prefs files? im using photoshop on Windows Xp.
    It’s not in program files.. I haven’t installed any plug-ins or anything…
