Go to the supermeet page. It’s official. He’s NOT going to be at the meet. Avid is scrambling
    to make new plans.

AppleInsider is reporting that Apple has bumped ALL the speakers from the FCP Supermeet and is going to use the entire evening for a MAJOR announcement. Most people I chat with who are close to the issue are betting it’s the long awaited Final Cut Pro Total Re-build.

We shall see next Tuesday at the Supermeet!

No! Really! I thought it was going to be an evening for the Mac Mini and iMovie. (sarcasm)

OF COURSE it’s going to be FCP. Why else would they elbow their way into a FINAL CUT PRO USER GROUP meeting…at NAB?

[Devin Crane] “Excuse my ignorance but who’s Kevin Smith?”

He is a fat guy with a beard. Once thrown out of a plane for being too fat, now he has lost considerable weight.

On a sidenote: He also happens to be a film maker. And sometimes to kill time he also acts in a few films. For more

“The creative person wants to be a know-it-all. He wants to know about all kinds of things: ancient history, nineteenth-century mathematics, current manufacturing techniques, flower arranging, and hog futures. Because he never knows when these ideas might come together to form a new idea. It may happen six minutes later or six months, or six years down the road. But he has faith that it will happen.” — Carl Ally
