I’ve been using Resolve for test projects for a while with no issues but recently I’m getting a lot of Kernel panics whenever I use certain operations like the qualifier. Are there any known issues with recent updates?

    I have 2008 MacPro 2 x2.8 16GB RAM, Ati 4870 (I know it’s not approved but it’s been working fine) OSX 10.74 and Resolve 8.2 release Version. I’ve tried re-installing, permissions etc.

    Any thoughts please?

10.7.4 breaks resolve (see numerous posts here) you need to download and install 8.2.1 beta 3.

Thanks, unfortunately the problem is still there, even after complete removal and re-installation of the latest beta

Fixed the issue by rolling back to 10.73, now its all working well.

    I still can’t believe it’s free!

How did you roll back to 10.7.3? I’d love to know. As 10.7.4 seems to be all kinds of trouble.
