    Hi Folks,

I work with Final Cut Pro 6.0.6, and right now I’m creating a photo slideshow with around 75 images.

I know how to add the Ken Burns effect by creating a keyframe and manually dragging and resizing the image so it moves the way I want, but this method is awfully slow when you have 75 photos to deal with.

I’m wondering if anyone knows of some way the Ken Burns effect can be quickly, easily, and automatically added to a number of images at once – similar to what’s possible in iMovie. Thanks in advance!

You are in luck. iPhoto will build a moving photo slide show for you in seconds. The have some really cool features. Here is a link about it: https://www.apple.com/ilife/iphoto/what-is.html Best of luck.

    Hi.
you can add a plug in called andys better 3d, available for free here.

If you add it to the first photo and set keyframes much like in the motion tab, setting them before and after the clip ends. You can then copy that altered plug in to all the other shots and it will adjust the keyframe to match the length of the photo on the timeline. Of course it might move in and out to different points depending on the size of each photo but at least it will be on each one.

    thanks
