  keeping timecode when making dubb from 23.98 to 29.97

  what is the easiest way to transfer my timecodes(in 23.98) using JH-3 and down convert to dvcam(29.97) while still keeping timecode the same.

  xserve 2.5 TB
  FCP HD
  2 gigs ram
  Used to be Kona Hd…Now its Decklink HD pro
