I have a composition (textComp) with about 10 text layers that are animated. I have placed textComp onto another (my main comp) and used a drop sahdow and trapcode shine so that all of the text layers are affected with the same effect.

Is there a way i can get the same effect but use effect within (textComp). This would really help me design process as i plan to make duplicates with different text and if it was all tied up in one comp it would stifle my headache factor.

    many thanks
    Alistair
