Hi people, how are you? When adding a clip or multiple clips in Vegas, several unwanted video tracks pop up, up to 25!! and make my editing work hard. I need one single main video track to work on. Please help me where to set the single main video track function.

    Have a nice week-end,

    Peter

What is your workflow? I drag and drop my videos onto the main vuideo track and that’s where they stay. How are you adding video to your timeline?

Hello John, I appreciate you want to help me again! I’m adding the videos in SONY VEGAS Pro 9.d by clicking the yellow enveloppe under the “edit” setting, or by clicking , which is located on the top left corner of the soft. I added even multiple clips on a single click and always only ONE video and ONE audio track appeared, now bam!! every time I add a video in the time line up to 25 tracks are added and messes up my editing because I need to delete the unnecessary ones and deleting 25 tracks takes time, John. Must be a setting I clicked, ha?

    Have a nice Sunday

Sorry I can’t recreate this. I only get one video and one audio track when I add files using the yellow folder even if I select multiple files.
