Karaoke Scrolling Text
I’d like to make my own karaoke videos, with the lyrics scrolling across the screen in sync with the music, as well as the guitar chords of the music that appear in the corner. I’ve seen tutorials on how to make proper karaoke looking videos but since I know these songs already I simply need the words to scroll across or vertically.
Is there a simple way to import a text file in to vegas so that each line is a separate text clip in order to line it up properly with the music? Rather than do the painstaking work of setting keyframes, I can just up the text up when the lines are sung.
Any tips from anyone that has done similar would be great. I’m looking for a quick workflow rather than something that looks nice as I’ll be the only one using these videos.
