    I sent an e-mail to JVC about the AC adapter broken plug issue, and they got back to me yesterday, 10 days after my e-mail to them! And yesterday’s e-mail was just to tell me they forwarded my question to someone else. I hope I never have a real major problem with them. 🙂

    Yep, and the person they forwarded me to still haven’t gotten back to me.
