    JVC SR-VS20U replacement

    Could anyone recommend a replacement for the JVC SR-VS20U as a capture deck?.. mine finally gave out.. I have had a lot of artifact probs with the JVC and also have heard that there are compatibility issues with tapes recorded on non JVC cameras.. I use a Sony VX2000…
    In my price range I’ve noticed the Panasonic AG-DV2500 and the Sony GV-HD700 HDV Video Walkman VCR.. if anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them.

    Let me save you the trouble – DO NOT BUY THE AG-DV2500.
