JVC KM-H3000 Switcher
I apologize if this is the wrong area. If so, please suggest where I might post this.
I did a software update on my JVC KM-H3000 Switcher (via USB stick) and now it won’t boot. The update was successful, but the system restarted and is stuck on the “Booting, Please Wait. . .” screen.
I left a message with JVC support, but have not heard back and need to use the switcher tomorrow. Does anyone know where I could go to find info about this or how to do a hard reset of some kind? I checked the manual and searched for a while on Google, but have not found anything. Any help would be appreciated!

But I have a power supply to resolve .
