  JVC HM700 in low light

  Hello to all,
  I have a JVC Hm700 and I love everything about the camera except for one thing, indoor shots, the video can get grainy. I have searched all over and I cannot find how to fix this. now granted unless a room is lit correctly any camera has a hard time. But I am shoot indoors with big windows and the blacks look like they are artifcating/have noise. The link below will show you what my setting are. If anyone can give advice on what can correct this from the settings I use I would really appreciate it.
