  JVC HM100u Auto Focus Not working

  Hey all My Business partners JVC Hm100u seemed to just stop auto focusing. A few things to Note, I was told the Camera Wasn’t dropped or damaged, but the TSA were messing with all the buttons and such at the airport, then all of a sudden, boom, no more auto focus. And yes I made sure the camera was set to AF and Not MF. It can still focus manually.

  Is this a Hardware issue? Or something that can be fixed by just re installing the firm ware? Is this common in Video cameras for the AF to stop working. Thanks in advance.
