    Does anyone know if the capture issues between the HD200UB and FCP6 have been fixed? Unfortunately at this point I can’t afford both the camera and HD50U deck, so I am going to have to use the camera to capture until I can get a deck. I’ll most likely be shooting 720p30 and 720p24. Is there a cheaper alternative (like a camcorder or playback deck) that will support either of those formats and allow me to capture via FireWire into FCP6? Are there any issues between the HD110 and FCP6?

    I own the 250UB and have had minimal problems ingesting to FCP. Just set the proper settings in FCP to match what format you recorded in and it seems to work fine.
