    JVC GY-HM710U Firmware

    Can anyone confirm what is the latest firmware for the GY-HM710U?

    According to the JVC Pro firmware upgrade webpage, the 700 series’ current is 0303. The camera I have lists 0101 has its installed firmware. But when I go to the camera’s page https://pro.jvc.com/prof/attributes/software_dow.jsp?model_id=MDL102113&feature_id=17 there is no firmware download option.

    If there is an upgrade, can anyone tell how to obtain it? The JVC Pro firmware upgrade page for the 700 series needs me to input a bunch of information that I can’t seem to find. After following the instructions:

    1. Hold Display button while turning on power – does nothing
    2. Hold focus assist button while pressing Menu to access advanced menu – only lists firmware version, nothing else

    Bump this topic. I’m looking for firmware for the 750.
