JVC GY HD250 w/ studio Kit getting “Invalid Sync”
I have a JVC GY HD250 and I am trying to connect it on the HD250U studio kit. I am getting “Invalid Sync” error on the LCD. I have the switches set to Genlock, PbPr and HDV. In the Camera format menu I have the camera set to 60/30 for the frame rate, 1080 camera is on. is there something else anyone can recommend. I am not getting image on the JVC remote control rack mount.
I tried looking for a step by step guide but all I could find is the 250U reference guide and the HD250 camera manual doesn’t have anything about the studio kit. I have done this countless times and never have seen the invalid sync before.

I got it. the broadcast mixer had to be on 1080i setting.
