JVC-GY-HD100U Blue Tint
I am shooting with a JVC-GY-HD100U. When I have full auto on, the colors look fine. When I have full auto off the image has a strong blue tint. I have tried to change the color settings but nothing will get rid of the blue. If my camera reads colors in Full Auto but not when it is off what is the problem?

Sorry if this sounds obvious but have you adjusted the white balance? Is the blue tint visible when shooting indoor or outdoor?

set to one user button the change balance (outdoor/indoor)
then you fast change preset balance by one button
