JVC GR-65E not working? Possible reasons?
So I brought a JVC Gr-65E second hand that was in mint condition from 1989. The owner said that he barely used it and that all the parts were working just fine. The camera seemed to work for the first three or four times being used, though the sensor seemed to be extremely sensitive to light, as the video seemed to be overexposed. The video recorded fine however. A few days ago however I decided to record again and the viewfinder was completely white when attempting to record the video. I tried recharging the battery to see if it had an effect but there was no notable change, and it seemed to be even worse. Would someone be able to help me in regards to the reasoning behind it? I feel that the light sensor may be bugged or some of the capacitors may have blown/ wires are damaged. Every bit of info means alot! 🙂
