JVC footage not capturing
Hi there. I’m working with some footage shot at 1080i shot on the JVC HDV camera and am playing it back on JVC BRHD50U recorder. The problem is FCP doesn’t seem to be able to detect it through the firewire. Any ideas on what I should do?

I noticed that Lumiere HD allows JVC footage to be captured into FCP but it doesn’t seem to support 1080i. Did I get this wrong?
