  JVC camcoder GZ-HD620-S media browser does not work on win 8 ?

  I am trying to export my videos to itunes. but it seems media browser that i got with the cam coder does not work on win 8.

  While i try exporting file i get error popped up saying – can not conver file.

  has anyone else faced this issue ? is there any solution ?
