Just won’t open…
Like the subject line says, Premiere will not open. It gets to the screen attached to this post and just sits there. My CC membership is paid up and I am using other CC programs so that shouldn’t be it.
Any help would be fantastic. Really don’t wanna have to mess with Adobe help.

That splash screen says that you’re trying to open PPro CS6. Could the problem be having both versions on your machine. I’m just asking – still on CS6 myself.

I’m sorry, I should have clarified: I just meant that my Creative Cloud membership is up to date, I don’t actually even use Premiere CC and it’s not DLed to my machine – but I pay for it through CC.

Looks like it’s stuck on loading something QT related?
I’d check:
– if your QT plugin is up date (re-install perhaps?)
– for errors or warnings in the system log (applications)
– if Pr will run under a different user account (with admin privileges)
– if clearing Pr preferences helps (back them up 1st)
