Just upgraded without uninstalling
Hi…I just upgraded to Media 100 suite1.5 from Producer 13.1. I didn’t see an option for uninstall so I installed the Suite software, but it doesn’t load up saying error 3,000. How can I uninstall Producer, if that is the problem? thanks.

It probably is. If you still have the old Installer for Producer 13.1, this should contain the uninstaller. The newer versions do install a “Uninstaller” inside the Media 100 Folder.

Thanks, Floh. The guys at Media 100 figured it out for me. There was a corrupted file in my Quicktime folder that was messing things up. All is good now.
