Just one simple explanation
I want to achieve effect when people are frozen in the scene, but camera orbits around them, like they are actually there and frozen (for example, someone opens beer, beer squirt from the can, then frame freezes and all that liquid is there in the air with all the people, and everything looks 3D while camera orbits around them. Then at some point scene unfreezes and everything continues) What is the name of that effect? thanks 🙂

Unfortunately, it’s not a post effect, it’s a shooting technique, and not a simple(or cheap) one.

There is a way to fake it, but it has some limitations. You can only push it so far before it starts to fall apart. This is a still image technique, so you would want to apply it to a freeze frame. Here’s the basic, but there are a lot of tutorials out there with different tips for getting it to work well.

Often these kinds of effects are done mostly practically with only certain things added in post. For example, the beer spray would be added in post, but the rest of the scene would just be shot with everyone posed all still.
