    Hello All,

I have just set up Vegas 9 on my 3Ghz,3Gb Memory, Dell Optiplex. I have two hard drives and am wondering if it is best to run only the software from C: and store all work in progress and source files etc on my seperate drive? (Or does it not really matter)

    Any opinions would be lovely.

    Many thanks, Alex.

Yes, it is recommended to store your media files on a drive separate from the program (and, in particularly, one separate from all programs including the operating system). This will improve performance.
