over the years I treasured your sharing of knowledge. Lot of times reading your tutorials
saved me from making stupid mistakes…
I’ll stick with FCS3 until i can but eventually I will too move on, Avid? Premiere? Not sure yet.

Thanks Walter. I suspect I will join you at Premiere and Color forums. I can afford to freeze my system for a short while as most editors who are feeding on to me to finish are doing the same and sticking with standard FCS3 workflows. Anyone going FCP X can’t export so nothing for me to do in grade & sound post for them. I don’t edit so I have zero need to buy FCP X.

At this stage Premiere looks a better fit with the XML workflow for finishing FCS/CS5/Color timelines to go to tape. Might take the opportunity to learn AE.
